Better tasting Coffee Hybrids?
In the international coffee press, there is much to do about some new improved hybrids of coffee. The ‘classical’ hybrids which do have higher yields and are resistant against some fungus diseases, e.g. Catimor is in most of the production environments leading to lower cup quality. Some newer hybrids, based on more sophisticated breeding technologies seem to combine better yields, resistance to fungus diseases and cup quality. Read more
